A free soul and a rebellious spirit, Paola has been at the helm of the FIT since 2016. As a teenager, she crossed continents on her Vespa to discover new horizons, and it was while wandering that she met the theatre. It was love at first sight.
Now her mission is to help the world discover the Great Lugano and the world to discover it.
A born stakhanovist, always full of new ideas (too many), she tries to achieve her goal: the next FIT cover on the front page of Time magazine!
Originally from Bologna but raised in Lausanne, Katia, after numerous wanderings, finally stops in Ticino where she embarks on the dynamic adventure of the FIT since 2017.
An art historian, press officer and cultural mediator, she is always running between cinemas, museums and theatres, never forgetting to practice her daily yoga to stay focused and face the countless FIT projects with a peaceful mind.
Her Italian is full of expressions that can only be interpreted by her fellow colleagues, but she is not giving up!
Born in Caput Mundi, as Rome was known in Latin.
The liveliest of the bunch and also the youngest! Always ready to party, or so it seems for now.
Despite her ‘frivolous’ nature, she’s the one with the sharpest mind among us, as she seems to have a knack for numbers.
Having only just joined us…
we expect great things from her!
He’s the only man in the group, having arrived in February 2025. The “pop” soul among so many rock souls! He joins the leading group after having made his debut (as the rest of the team does every day) and it’s instant love.
His role for the next few years will be to “shadow” us all. He has the experience of a performer/actor and therefore the ability to be a chameleon.
He has the strength and energy of those who “arrive at the last minute” and have their batteries charged. So expect the FIT to become majestic in the coming years!
