LAST BUT NOT LEAST...

KEEP FIT WITH RADIO! 2018. On air every day from 30 September until 06 October 2018, from 12:00 to 13:00 on Radio Gwen.

Sunday 7th October 2018,
at the mobile radio station live from BEE.MAURI in Lugano…

After intense discussion, the jury of the YOUNG&KIDS competition decided to award Cappuccetto Rosso by the company La luna nel letto.

Unpredictable, innovative and dynamic. These are the three words we would choose if we were asked to describe the show. One second on stage and the Wolf has already conquered the audience, the skill of the actors, some of whom are also acrobats, is undoubtedly the backbone of the show. Through the elaborate costumes and props, the story, although known to all, takes an innovative turn. It is not the first time that this company uses physical theater to re-interpret fairy tales already known to all. This experience of theirs is clearly evident in the mastery with which they manage to keep an audience of all ages attentive. What’s refreshing though, about this way of telling the story, is the continuous reversal of character dynamics, making everyone look like the possible victim of the story. This innovative point of view, is accentuated by the auteur backgrounds and music at times classical, circus and contemporary. Everything is framed by a interplay of lights and shadows that help the viewer large or small, to immerse themselves in the fairy tale, accentuating the most critical moments. The adaptability of this show to any kind of audience, makes it the perfect representative of the Young & Kids category of the 27th edition of the FIT Festival.

In studio Butti, Giada, Isa, Julie, Ludovica, Mara, Seraina and the amazing Qemal at the console!
Thank you for listening and KEEP FIT!

KEEP FIT WITH RADIO! is a project born from a collaboration between Radio Gwendalyn and the Nettune Project (a radio project in Ticino’s high schools) and the youth section of the FIT, Festival Internazionale del Teatro e della Scena Contemporanea.

The journalists: the boys and girls of Neptune and the Young&Kids competition jury are present in all the nooks and crannies of the FIT to gather opinions, debates and ideas about contemporary theatre. But you’ll also discover them in all seriousness as theatre critics.

Curated by Fulvia Torricelli and Monica Muraca.
